Who We Are
We are authorized by the Department of Labor & Industries and the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals to provide representation for Injured Workers with State of Washington worker's compensation claims as Lay Representatives.
Mission Statement
It is our mission to work together with injured workers to obtain all the benefits to which they are entitled, with as little stress as possible for them, so that each person can focus his or her energy on recovering from their injuries and get their life back together as quickly as possible. We will work with you and your doctor and when appropriate, with you and your vocational counselor, to obtain the best outcome possible for you, the injured worker.
