About Us

On The Job Injuries, INC has been providing representation for injured workers for over 30 years. Eva Watson, Owner and Lay Representative (evaw@onthejobinjuries.org) has worked with the company for nearly 18 years when she first started as a legal assistant, transiting to a paralegal helping handle the caseload for On The Job Injuries. She is very knowledgeable and has significant experience both with claims at the Department level and through mediation at the BHA. She gives extra attention to detail which makes her very successful at what she does. Her compassion and understanding of the L&I systems provide her clients with the peace of mind of knowing that they can focus their energy on healing while the office handles the ins and outs of each client's complex claims.

Natalie Drennon (natalied@onthejobinjuries.org), is a paralegal and has been working with On The Job Injuries, INC since 2021. She has a passion for workers' rights and workers compensation. She is compassionate and very detail oriented. She is always willing to go the extra mile for clients.
